A fun first step into basketball. Get ready to bounce! Eastside Basketball is excited to launch Ford Aussie Hoops in Term 1, 2026. This programme is the ideal introduction to basketball for boys and girls aged 5 to 8, designed to build confidence, coordination, and fundamental skills in a fun and supportive environment. Our development coaches run upbeat, engaging sessions that focus on movement, ball handling, teamwork, and nurturing a love for the game. Every child is welcomed, encouraged, and guided at their own pace, ensuring they feel safe, included, and excited to learn. Whether your child is beginning their basketball journey or simply wants an active, enjoyable experience, Ford Aussie Hoops is the perfect place to start.

Age Group: 5 to 10 years old

Term 2: 3rd of May - 21st of June (Join Anytime)

Programme Duration: 8 weeks.

Objective: Helping facilitate the transition to club basketball through a "train and play" session, The first half focuses on training & second half is entry level games.

Session Details:

Sundays: 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM Camp Hill State School Ferguson Road Basketball Stadium

Cost: $150 per participant for one session per week.
